Retractable Screen Company provides the following Warranty on goods manufactured by us. The company warrants that the goods are supplied free of manufacturing defaults. The warranty period for screens installed by us in 2 years from date of installation internally (12 months external). Where installation is provided by a third party, only manufacturing defects are covered.

The Warranty excludes:

• Damage, including that caused by pets, 3rd parties, misuse, high winds etc.
• Mesh defects that do not affect the operation
• Damage from failure to clean the screen as required.
• Wear parts (cords, guides, etc)
•  Powder coating defects that are part of the powder coating process.
• issues by 3rd Party installers.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
