Matthew was able to find solutions and install screens to all my windows and doors when other companies had no solution for half of them due to handles or winders. This morning 4 windows, a servery and door were all installed and fitted and we are delighted with them. Functional, easy to retract and the finish inside and out (especially on the duo glide servery window) is spectacular. We recently a a tri stacker sliding door with dog door installed and are so happy we can get a screen that still allows dog access through fixed panel. We are now ordering another screen. Highly recommend

I did not get screens for our sliding doors because I was worried about ruining the infinity edge of our doorway and the overall look of our outside area but Retractable Screens installed the most amazing screens which did not spoil the aesthetics of the doors and which work beautifully. Their screens were also much more affordable than their competitors. We then had a problem with one of the screens because someone had manhandled it and Matt came out, took back the faulty part, fixed it, came back and reinstalled it and reconditioned the other screens as well for free. Can't think why someone would not use Retractable Screen Company for its amazing and affordable screens

Our original screens were a poor quality and gave us a heap of trouble. The new screens were great and we are really happy. After about 15 months we had a issue with our blinds and despite being out of the warranty period Matt fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Our dealings with Matt have been fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommneding Matt or the Retractable Screen Company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you are thinking of getting retractable flyscreens I highly recommend David from Retractable Screen Company. The screens are amazing and blend in so well with our windows that when they are not in use you would not know they were there. My order was placed and delivered on time and in a professional and courteous manner. This is the first time I have left a review on Google and it is well deserved. If you are looking at retractable screens look no further than this company.
Retractable Screens Product Warranty
Retractable Screen Company provides the following Warranty on goods manufactured by us. The company warrants that the goods are supplied free of manufacturing defaults. The warranty period for screens installed by us in 2 years from date of installation internally (12 months external). Where installation is provided by a third party, only manufacturing defects are covered.
The Warranty excludes:
- Damage, including that caused by pets, 3rd parties, misuse, high winds etc.
- Mesh defects that do not affect the operation
- Damage from failure to clean the screen as required.
- Wear parts (cords, guides, etc)
- Powder coating defects that are part of the powder coating process.
- issues by 3rd Party installers.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
